Definition - The process of working collaboratively with a group of people in  order to achieve a goal.

I have experienced this in spades lately whilst working with talented individuals on another photo shoot. In the wedding industry you need creativity, reliability and attention to detail. The same attributes are required to execute a shoot effectively plus planning and a sense of humour.
